As I have being saying, focus on focus customer focus, understand where you can add value and act, and you will have a partner forever.
Be as close as you possibly can to your customer. If not physically at least virtually, always.
Listening and participating together during crisis will also open up a huge door for opportunities that you can only see if you are “living under the same roof”, if you feel as much as your customer.
After the crisis some behaviors considered temporary will remain and become the new normal and being up to speed will give you some advantage over competition.
